So, after careful consideration, I picked up a Schwinn 120 because it was small, it was affordable, and it was quiet enough that I could watch my favorite shows I had racked up on the DVR. While an exercise bike still helps you get some good physical activity, it seems to me that it’s one of the easiest ways to do so. To me, getting on my bike for a few minutes at a time several times a day doesn’t seem like a workout – it seems more like something to do while I’m doing nothing but watching TV anyway. I think it’s a great choice.

I have a treadmill that I used to use at home, but it gets more use as a clothes holder now. I have the best of intentions but none of the motivation that needs to go along with those intentions. I decided the best thing I could do would be to go to a fitness club where I could work out with some friends. Otherwise, I would just keep putting things off. I looked up fitness gym Chicago and found one not that far from my house. I really liked it too because it was just for women. I don’t have anything against working out with guys, but I wanted to focus on working out instead of worrying about how I look. I met some really good friends there too, and that was the best part of it all. Well, I guess the best part are those 20 pounds that I finally lost!
